Not the best football but certainly exciting - Grantham took an early lead from a quick break then it all went a bit mad! A dive outside the box but the Ref gives a penalty - 2-0. this was followed by more arguing, fouls, scuffles and a yellow card.
A few minutes of calm then a straight Red for a Grantham player, no one sure why - maybe spitting or an elbow? Nearly half time but still enough minutes for a Grantham Yellow card and then a straight Red for a Matlock player.
Second half, 10 a side and Matlock playing the better football, they get one back the home team manage to hang onto the 3 points.
The stadium is also used for athletics- not the sort of ground most football fans like but this one is OK as it has 2 cracking stands, where you get high- standing or sitting, so you get a great view of the game.
