Bent Lane Training GroundIpswich started well and went ahead after 8 minutes but on 30 minutes a keeper error saw Fulham get back on level terms and after that it was the London club who dominated the game adding further goals in the 42, 53, 69 and 84 minutes, Ipswich did pull back one goal on the 80th minute. Poor discipline from both sides saw too many free kicks plus a 21 player punch up, interesting that the U16 game between the same clubs on the pitch next door also saw a 22 player punch up!

Both teams have started the season well and just a few places apart in the Easter Counties League , Premier Division, so expected a close game and that is what we got.
It took Wanderers 43 minutes to take the lead and they never felt safe with just one goal lead and it was not till the last minute of the game did they get the second to ensure they are in the hat for the next round.
