Do not Read (ing) much into the first game of the season

A great away support, superb first half but some fans still had us relegated by the end of the match!

But like Big Mick, I was impressed with the display, we may have played better in the first half but it was second half where we had the most chances.

A young side, and two very young full backs with players to come back from injury.

So I am positive about the season - still work to do, need a creative midfielder and still unsure about the keeper - but still think we will have a great season.

2011 - other than a trip to the Emirates, a year best forgotten!

What would you expect in 2011? We finish on a defeat, but left a bit happier as we had played well and JET had one of his best games and Martin was poor and the manager must have seen it so hopefully Carson will start Monday.

For all those great wins against Arsenal, WBA, Cardiff - you then get games like Tuesday- just want to forget it - at least I never left early and saw Connor score
